When you send the contact form, CertaNox stores the name, email, topic, subject and message you provide so a response can be prepared.
Technical data
The website may record limited request metadata for security, abuse prevention and service operation, including request time, user agent and a shortened hash derived from the source address.
Secure Delivery
Download authorization activity may be recorded to enforce one-time redemption, short-lived sessions and delivery auditing. A download authorization remains separate from the product licence.
Discord
If you use the linked Discord community, Discord operates that external service and its own privacy practices apply there.
Retention
Records should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for support, security review, licensing records or applicable legal obligations.
